I did it! I am actually back writing on the blog for the second time this week and it feels good. A few weeks ago I was gifted a new book for lunchbox inspiration. The book is called 'Sandwich Free, Packet Free Lunchboxes' and it caters for our family needs perfectly. We have been using it for the past few weeks and I am loving all the new, healthy ideas! Today I thought I'd ask the authors to share a little bit about themselves and tell us more about the book. I could never have too much help with lunchbox ideas and thought you might appreciate hearing about the book too.
On a side note - Micheline has sent me lots of tips on how to make our first bone broth for the family. She has a closed group on Facebook where she shares her hints and tips on bone broths. You will find the group on Facebook under the name 'Bone Broth Basics' if you are interested in joining.
Over to Micheline now (thanks ladies!)..
